These terms cover the use of simonebook.services and the enquiries and orders you send through its forms. Purchases in the web shop at shop.simonebook.services follow the shop's own terms (online when the web shop opens on 1 October 2026) and refund policy (online when the web shop opens on 1 October 2026).

1. About us

Simone Book Services is a bookshop at Vester Voldgade 106, Copenhagen, for rare, out-of-print and limited-edition books on art, photography, design, fashion and culture, with book services for brands, homes and spaces.

2. Use of the website

Text, images and design on this website belong to Simone ApS or to the people who made them. Do not copy them without our written permission. Press images are free to use with the credit given on the press page.

3. Enquiries and orders

Sending an enquiry or an order through a form does not create a purchase. An agreement is made when we confirm it to you in writing, with the price, delivery and payment.

Prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% Danish VAT, unless a second-hand item is sold under the Danish margin scheme for second-hand goods.

4. Delivery and risk

We deliver in Denmark. A parcel is at our risk until you, or someone you name, receive it.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. It is enough to send us a clear message before the 14 days have passed, for example to info@simonebooks.dk. We refund within 14 days of receiving your message; we may wait until the goods are back with us or you have shown that you sent them.

Newspapers, periodicals and magazines are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Books, zines, prints and objects are covered. Work made to your specification, such as a commissioned design, is not covered once agreed.

6. Condition and faults

Many of our books are second-hand or old. We describe the condition of each copy. An item is faulty if it is in a worse state than we described. You can complain about a fault for 2 years after delivery; a complaint within 2 months of finding the fault is always in time.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Danish law.

8. Law and complaints

Danish law applies. If we cannot agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk.

9. Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. An agreement already made follows the terms in force when it was made.
